Confidence and skills when using Digital Social Care Records – DPIU project
This is a project looking at the confidence and skill levels of the adult social care workforce when it comes to using Assured Digital Social Care Records (DSCRs) and healthcare data. We are hoping to hold some focus groups with frontline care staff to gather their perspectives and better understand how they find using DSCRs. As such, we’d really value your help.
To make this as easy as possible, an invitation is attached and there is a flyer. Both the email and the flyer indicate where staff can register their interest via a short Microsoft Form, and we’ll follow up directly with participants to confirm sessions and share dial in details. Any questions on this please do let me know. For info, the focus groups are being held on
19th May, 13:00-14:30,
20th May 10:00-11:30 and
28th May, 11:00-12:30.
In addition to helping us reach frontline workers, we’d also value any guidance or contacts you can share with us for registered and operational managers – we are very keen to speak to some registered and operational managers as part of this work to better understand their experiences and perspectives too, so any help you can provide there would be greatly appreciated.
Finally, as part of this project we think it would be extremely beneficial to visit a care setting, likely a care home, to see first hand how the DSCRs are used and how staff feel about using them etc. Again, any support you could provide in terms of suggesting suitable sites or contacts would be greatly appreciated here.
Thank you again for all of your help with this project, we are extremely grateful. Any questions please do reach out.
