The next cohort of the SCIE and University of Birmingham Strengths-based Leadership Programme is now live for booking.
The contact day dates are as follows:

The programme supports practice leaders to demonstrate leadership skills, through engaging with academic insights, critically reflecting on their own leadership and developing a community of practice with their peers. The course can also be run specifically for organisations.
