Resilience Based Clinical Supervision (RBCS) programme for nurses working in social care

The Foundation of Nursing Studies (FoNS) is delivering its Resilience Based Clinical Supervision (RBCS) programme for nurses working in social care.

The programme is free, delivered online over five participative sessions, and provides nurses with structured time and space to reflect on the emotional demands of care, strengthen wellbeing and resilience, and consider their practice with colleagues.

The programme is already well established, with FoNS now commencing its 113th programme. However, Sue Hill at FoNS has advised that there are still nearly 500 funded places available, with a further 60 programmes to be delivered from January 2027.
