Welcome to the Adult Social Care Innovation Survey 2023!

Thank you very much for your interest in participating in this survey. We will ask you questions about your perceptions of innovation and innovative activities in your organisation, the characteristics of your organisation and how you think innovation can be supported in adult social care.

The questionnaire will take 10-15 minutes to complete. Once you have started the survey you will be able to save your answers and return to them from the same device again for 1 week. You may withdraw at any point for any reason before submitting your answers by closing the browser. All questions are optional.

The information provided by you in this questionnaire will be used for research purposes. It will not be used in a manner that would allow identification of your individual responses. Anonymised research data will be archived at the UK Data Archive to make them available to other researchers in line with current data sharing practices.
