Thanks to all of you that came to the event and we trust that you found it useful. It was good to be back with a face-to-face meeting after so long. My apologies for the lack of visuals, we have put together the points from all the table work and added it below – breakout session. This demonstrates the wealth of knowledge that you as RMs have and how valuable it is to share and discuss and so learn from each other.

Dates for your diary
October the 19th -v-meeting – Recruitment & Retention with PurpleTribe and SfC
November the 16th, this is planned as a meeting in The Braithwaite Hall (venue to be confirmed) – The beneficial use of tech across social care, to include demonstrations and manufacturers explaining the products and how these link to benefits for the service users, the organisation and linking these to quality standards. Plus, how to access funding that can help improve and update your organisation.
Both meetings will be 10.00 – 11.30.
