Keeping Well Long Covid CBT group – new start date 20 October
Join Keeping Well NWL’s CBT group and learn strategies to manage the physical and emotional impact of Long Covid. In this eight week course, we discuss techniques to manage the psychological impact of symptoms such as fatigue and breathlessness, in addition to mood management strategies.
The next group will start on Thursday 20 October 2pm-4pm for staff in North West London.
