New dates added for weekly mindfulness sessions with Keeping Well NWL
Starting from 1 August 2022, the Keeping Well NWL service have added new days and times for staff to join their free weekly mindfulness sessions with Peter Helmer, experienced NHS mindfulness practitioner.
Open to all staff to drop in:
- Mondays: 10am to 11am, 12pm to 12.30pm (lunchtime 30 minute session)
- Wednesdays: 7pm to 8pm
- Thursdays: 12pm to 12.30pm (lunchtime 30 minute session)
- Fridays: 3pm to 4pm
