Men’s Health Week – time for your MOT
It’s the start of #MensHealthWeek (13 June to 19 June) – a week that encourages boys and men to check in with themselves – a physical and mental MOT. This year’s campaign by Men’s Health Forum has some tips on how you can get started.
Opening up about men’s health
When Ron began feeling isolated, low in mood and suffering from tiredness, he reached out to the Keeping Well NWL service. Watch Ron’s story here.
Ron says: “Find the courage in yourself to reach out, ask somebody and just say I think I need some help because you can’t think yourself better, but you can talk yourself better.”
