Made with Care – Social Care Recruitment Campaign
The next phase of the Made with Care campaign will be going live next Wednesday November the 2nd!
We have decided to run the campaign in two bursts. The first, from 2nd-30th November and the second, from 26th December- 31st March.
Throughout these periods, our adverts will focus on reaching the campaign’s target audience (18-39 year-olds within the C1C2D socio-economic grade, who look for work that’s rewarding, well respected and valued) via various channels (please see attached media laydown).
It is estimated that this strategy will reach 96% of this target audience 20 times throughout the campaign’s live dates.
Given the success of the latest campaign, which ran between October 2021 and the end of March 2022, the adverts are not changing significantly. We are instead, optimising the existing assets to maximise impact and efficiency.
The updated TV advert reinforces the benefits of a role in the sector, which will work well for the target audience and in turn, encourage more people to consider a career in adult social care. This new line is, “For a rewarding career with training, development and progression opportunities, that fits around you, search care careers.” We will circulate the new film with you all next week.
This advert will be appearing from 2nd November on video on demand sites such as ITV Hub, Sky Go and All 4. Alongside this, our campaign imagery and messages will appear on Reed and Total Jobs to encourage job seekers to consider a career in care, and our campaign website will appear at the top of Google search results when people look-up relevant terms.
We will also be issuing a national and trade press release next week, to further drive awareness of the campaign to potential candidates, as well as making the ASC sector aware of the resources we have created for them.
Currently, our website still hosts last year’s campaign resources but these will be updated next week and we will confirm when the new versions go-live. These will include updated versions of all existing assets plus, new, fully personalisable and cobrandable materials.
Thank you all so much for your input to date, we hope you like the new campaign and that it effectively supports you in recruiting high-quality care workers over the coming months!
