The imortance and safety of the workforce. Recent riots in August saw social care staff and managers fear for the safety and wellbeing of staff especially for overseas and the ethnically diverse domestic staff. We owe a duty of care to protect our staff but also look out for their mental health and wellbeing.
Looking at the importance of Contingency Plans and what do for future disruptions. Dudley Sawyerr will cover this as we cover International / Sponsored Recruitment and the vital importance of making sure that your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy meets requirements.
