Fulcrum Care is celebrating its fifth year of supporting care home providers, owners and managers with its award-winning care sector consultancy.
Tony Thiru, Fulcrum Care CEO, thanked the dedication of their team and the resilience of the care sector across the UK coronavirus pandemic for helping them to continue providing expert support for their care home clients.
The care consultants, who have a core mission of ‘We help care’, offer complete consultancy and management support for care homes across the UK. During the pandemic, they supported care homes in finding nimble solutions that took pressure off the NHS, introduced lifesaving Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measures and protected residents from unnecessary care home closures.
Since 2021, Fulcrum Care’s support for the social care sector has grown, including:
- 150+ care homes helped to meet compliance targets
- 112+ care home providers supported
- 18+ professional care consultants employed
- 16+ care homes saved from urgent closure
- 10+ care management teams onboarded to a digital Quality Management System.
The care consultants won the Business Services category at the Leaders in Care Awards in 2021, as well as Care Home Professional’s Best Products & Services of 2021 for their Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Health Checks service.
