Has your practice set up a limited company?

Don’t forget: from 18 November 2025, all company directors and individuals who own more than 25% of a limited company are required to verify their identity directly through Companies House. This includes owners and members of limited liability partnerships.

Verification of identity will become mandatory from 18 November 2025. This requirement will also apply retroactively to existing directors, members and shareholders. The advice is for all companies and LLPs to start the process now.
