ARC England’s Digital Maturity Webinar Series – Shaping the Future of Digital Care
We are pleased to invite you to participate in a significant new research initiative, commissioned by Actualised Living Ltd, in partnership with Home From Home Care (HFHC) and delivered by ARC England.
The research is focused on Actualised Living understanding the digital challenges, pain points, and aspirations of organisations like yours. Whether you operate in supported living, residential care, or day opportunities, the need for digital tools to manage service delivery is becoming increasingly critical. We also recognise that some providers have already made significant investments in digital systems to meet the complex reporting requirements of NHS and local authority contracts. Through this research, we want to hear from everyone—what’s working well, what’s not and what’s definitely a barrier to progress.
As part of this research, ARC England are hosting a three-part webinar series to engage you and your teams in shaping the future of digital care.
Webinar Schedule:
- Workforce Challenges and the Role of Digital Innovation: Tuesday 17 June, 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Frontline staff, HR leads, and Registered Managers
In this session, we will explore workforce-related challenges in care delivery, with a focus that goes beyond purely digital issues. While some workforce challenges may not currently involve digital tools, digital innovation can nonetheless play a critical role in addressing them.
Key Themes:
- Broader Workforce Issues: We are considering general workforce challenges such as staff shortages, high turnover, administrative burden, training gaps, and wellbeing—whether or not these are currently managed digitally.
- Digital as an Enabler: The emphasis is on how digital tools can support, rather than define, the response to workforce challenges. For instance:
- Automating administrative tasks to reduce workload
- Enhancing training through e-learning platforms
- Supporting staff scheduling and deployment through digital rostering systems
- Using data analytics to predict and address staffing needs
This approach allows us to take a holistic view of the workforce landscape while exploring the potential of digital solutions to support, streamline, or even transform how care teams operate. Register your place >
