Your voice matters to Keeping Well NWL – take a short survey on support for staff
The Keeping Well NWL service are running a confidential survey via Imperial Health College Partners who will explore why male staff, particularly those from Black and Minority Ethnic backgrounds can be underrepresented when reaching out for support.
Please complete the survey here (it will take around 5-10 minutes, a financial incentive will be offered to participants for time and contributions).
All insights shared will be hugely appreciated and used to identify opportunities to improve the service, informed by staff views and experiences.
