New MS Teams virtual MDT app
NHS England’s Anticipatory Care team and NHSmail Centre of Excellence have been working with multidisciplinary teams in community health services and in care homes to understand how to make it easier for them to work digitally. As a result, they have developed an app enabling local MDTs to work more collaboratively in a virtual space allowing more time to be spent on the individuals they care for.
