We carried out a study exploring alcohol policy and practice in care homes across England in partnership with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The research was funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) School for Social Care Research.

Stay Smiling – Mouth care e-learning for care staff
The Stay Smiling programme provides video-based mouth
care training that has been codeveloped with care staff and dental experts.
Free and easily accessible by computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Takes just 30 minutes in total that can be completed over time.
Care workers receive a certificate upon completion.
